FACILITIES​​



PILOTAGE:

Available 24 hours a day and can be contacted by VHF channel 16. The Pilot should be required, by the agency responsible for the vessel, with the minimum of 3 hours prior to the maneuver.

SUPPORT BOAT:

Available 24 hours a day and must be requested by the responsible agent by the vessel, with a minimum of 3 hours prior to the maneuver.

TUG BOATS:

Operated by Saveiros Camuyranos (Wilson Sons Group), also available full time, being asked by the agent responsible for the vessel, with 3 hours prior to the maneuver.

WATER SUPPLY:

The water supply is done by hydrants located in the 3 berths, with a flow rate of 6m³/hour. Water can´t be supplied at anchorage area. The service must be requested 48 hours in advance and must be authorized by ANVISA, Port and the Customs.

FUEL, LUBRICANTS AND PROVISIONS SUPPLIES:

Only MGO (Marine Gas Oil) is available and is provided by trucks only with the vessel moored. All board supply requests must be submitted in writing by the Owner and/or Commander to the Agent, with 48 hours in advance, and must be approved by the Port Authorities (ANVISA, VIGIAGRO, Port and Customs). Is impossible to provide in the anchorage area.

CREW and TECHNICIANS MOVEMENTS:

The Owner must advise to the Agent in writing. The documentation for the crew and technicians should be handed over to Immigration, Port and Customs, in advance of 48 working hours. It is not allowed to drive crew and/or technical in anchoring.

CREW'S RELATIVES AND PASSENGER BOARDING:

Must be requested by the Owner and/or Master in writing. The documentation must be submitted 48 hours in advance and will be studied case by case, by the Port Authorities (Immigration, Port and Customs) and being able to be approve or not.

VISITS ON BOARD :
